Notice – Hostel Admission Guidelines 2026–27

Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, Pune Hostel Management Committee Hostel Admissions 2026 - 27 Guidelines for Boys' Hostel Accommodation 1. All first - year M.Tech./M.Sc. male students (other than sponsored students) will be accommodated at Panhala Hostel, located approximately 13 km from the DIAT campus. Transportation between DIAT and Panhala Hostel will be provided by DIAT, and the transporta tion charges are included in the hostel fees. Students are required to pay the prescribed hostel advance, which includes accommodation, food, and transportation charges. 2. Hostel accommodation will be allotted on a first - come, first - served basis. 3. Room allotment will be carried out by the DIAT Hostel Management Committee (HMC). The allotment made by the HMC shall be final, and no requests for room changes will be entertained after reaching hostel. Students are advised not to approach or argue with t he hostel staff for room changes or for any additional facilities beyond those officially provided. 4. Sponsored M.Tech.
