Pay and Tenure

  • The engagement is on a contractual basis for a period of one year.
  • It is renewable for an additional period of one year till attaining the maximum age, subject to performance of candidates and other conditions.
  • The selected individual will carry out 10 days of On the Job Training (OJT); this training period will remain unpaid.
  • The fixed remuneration printed for the Officer-In-Charge post is Rs 95,000/-. For ex-servicemen and retired government employees, the notice says a fixed monthly amount shall be admissible as remuneration during the contract period, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement, or the fixed remuneration, whichever is higher.
