- The applications must reach on or before 45 days from the next date of publishing the advertisement in the Employment News (10.10.2026 to 16.10.2026), making the crucial date for eligibility count from 11.10.2026 and the last date 24.11.2026.
Eligibility Criteria (Deputation including short term contract)
- Officers under Central Government / State Governments / Union Territory Administrations / Public Sector Undertakings / recognized Universities / recognized Research Institutions / Semi Government / Autonomous Bodies / Statutory Organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR with 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in post in pay band-3 of Rs. 15,600-39,100 with grade pay of Rs. 6,600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute, and ten years experience in Civil Engineering in Government Sector.
- Desirable Qualification: Master Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
- Note on AMIE: Candidates having Degree of Associate Member of Engineers in Civil Engineering (AMIE) from a recognized University/Institute who were enrolled for AMIE upto 31.05.2013 shall also be eligible for consideration for deputation (ISTC).
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Enclosures
- Photocopies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary or equivalent.
- Certificate from employer/cadre controlling authority (Annexure-II) certifying particulars, integrity, vigilance clearance, and verification that no major/minor penalty has been imposed during the last 10 years (or enclosing a list of penalties).
- Supporting certificates and documents in support of qualification and experience claimed.
