- BCME & BCBR Certificate wherever necessary
- Two Recent Passport size Photographs
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC & I&A Certificate for EWS candidates (OBC candidates must submit latest OBC Certificate as per Central Govt. Proforma, not more than One year old from the date of interview)
- No Objection Certificate from present employer, if applicable
- Experience Certificate, wherever applicable
What Happens on the Day
- Candidates must report for document verification between 09:00 AM and 09:30 AM at the Chamber of the Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati-781022. Only candidates whose documents are verified successfully will be allowed to attend the walk-in interview.
Important Instructions
- Candidates who will be able to join immediately will be preferred.
- Number of vacancies is provisional and may increase or decrease depending on actual requirement.
- No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
- Canvassing in any form shall be disqualification.
- Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided.
- Selected candidates will have to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque for Rs. 30,000/- drawn in favour of "ESIC Fund Account No. 1" payable at Guwahati towards security deposit.
- If the selected candidate resigns/terminates contract within 09 months of commencement with or without prior notice, the security deposit of Rs. 30,000/- will be forfeited.
- No Private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC.
