5'31 r ft rltc No. 3501 1/3/2026-Ad.ED Government of lndia Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue (Ad.ED Section) Kartavya Bhawan-1 , Delhi cfseptember, 2026 Vacancv Circular Subject: Filling up the post of Additional Director (Prosecution) in the Directbrate of Enforcement on Deputation basis. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up Five (5) vacancies in the grade of Additional Director (Prosecution), Level-13 of Pay Matrix [PB-4 of Rs. 37,400 - 67,000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 8700 (pre-revised)l on deputation basis in the Directorate of Enforcement. Further, any change in numberof vacancies which may occur in due murse will also be covered by this circular. 2. l. ln terms of Recruitment Rules, the following categories of officers are eligible: ll. The Departmental officers in the feeder grade who are in direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Ill.
