- Std 10 and Std 12 marksheets and certificates
- All-semester marksheets and the degree/certificate of Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Computer knowledge certificate
- Candidates with disability: certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority
- Sports candidates: certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority, for representation at the prescribed level (national/international level, inter-university, or competitions held by the School Games Federation of India)
- Candidates in government service: No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned office
- Photo ID proof with address
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Candidates must fill in the verification form attached to the notice and bring the original documents arranged in the order below, along with two sets of self-attested photocopies.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Inclusion in this list does not give any right to claim a place in the selection list.
- The final selection list will be prepared category-wise on the basis of marks, after considering the number of candidates who clear verification and the category-wise vacancies in the advertisement.
- Attend on the scheduled date and time with original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies, even if the documents sent earlier by post or mail have not reached the board.
- Check for mismatches between the details given in the application and the original certificates, such as caste certificate number, caste, candidate's name or any other detail. If there is a mismatch, carry an affidavit about it where necessary.
- Candidates who do not wish to join the Surveyor cadre and do not wish to attend verification must inform the board in writing.
- Candidates who cannot attend for unavoidable reasons may send their guardian with a consent form. The prescribed consent form is mandatory in that case.
