IIT Hyderabad Graphic Designer Cum Video Editor Important Instructions
- Applications must be submitted through the online mode only; offline applications will be summarily rejected.
- Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with a requirement to work during weekends or holidays when informed by the competent authority.
- Contractual employees are not eligible for campus residential accommodation by default, though it may be considered on a case-to-case basis depending on essentiality, availability, and payment of license fee.
- Selected candidates must produce self-attested copies of all certificates along with originals for verification at the time of interview, written test, or skill test.
- The appointment is purely temporary for 11 months and can be terminated at any time during the contract period with one month's notice from either side.
- Selected candidates working in any organisation must submit a release or relieving letter in original from their present employer at the time of joining.
- The selected candidate must possess a valid health insurance policy for the engagement period obtained at their own expense and submit a copy at the time of joining.
- No Travelling Allowance (TA) or DA shall be paid to candidates for attending the selections.
