Pay and Benefits After Training
- On successful completion of training, trainees may be absorbed as regular Tradesmen in W-3 Grade, carrying the pay scale of Rs. 22,000–88,000.
- Eligible regular employees may receive Industrial Dearness Allowance, HRA, increments, medical facilities, leave encashment, incentives, uniforms, provident fund, gratuity and other benefits according to company rules.
- Salary Clarification: The approximate annual CTC of Rs. 6.5 lakh applies after absorption into regular employment and is calculated using an assumed 20% HRA for a Y-class city. It is not the training-period salary or guaranteed in-hand pay.
