Application Fee
The annual tuition fee is Rs. 57,890 for the government medical colleges listed in the official notification. Separate annual fees apply to the Regional Cancer Centre and Malabar Cancer Centre.
Annual tuition fees range from Rs. 18,36,456 to Rs. 19,42,235 for clinical specialities and Rs. 11,14,992 to Rs. 11,79,215 for non-clinical specialities. NRI quota fees range from Rs. 38,86,680 to Rs. 40,81,014.
How to Register Options for Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2026?
- Visit the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Open the PG Medical 2026 Candidate Portal.
- Enter the Application Number and Password.
- Complete the required security deposit payment.
- Select the Option Registration menu from the candidate homepage.
- Review the available medical colleges and postgraduate courses.
- Select the preferred course and college combinations according to priority.
- Verify the order of preferences and save the registered options.
- Complete the process before 31 October 2026 at 10:00 AM.
- Candidates included in the Kerala State Merit List can complete Phase 1 option registration through the official CEE Kerala Candidate Portal.
Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2026 Important Instructions
- Phase 1 option registration closes on 31 October 2026 at 10:00 AM.
- Only eligible candidates included in the Kerala State Merit List can participate.
- A security deposit of Rs. 10,000 or Rs. 5,000 is required according to fee-concession eligibility.
- Candidates must register only those course and college combinations they are willing to join.
- Minority and NRI quota applicants must register their preferences during Phase 1.
- Service Quota and PwD Quota allotments will take place in subsequent phases.
- Fresh option registration will generally not be available in Phase 2.
- The Phase 1 allotment and joining dates will be announced separately.
