What to Do After the Round 3 Result
- Check the final allotment list once it is published.
- Download and save your allotment letter and read its instructions.
- Pay the prescribed fee through the authorised method before the deadline. According to the Phase 3 notification coverage, allottees at government colleges pay the full fee to CEE.
- Prepare your original documents and photocopies.
- Report to the allotted college and complete admission within the joining period.
Important Instructions for Round 3 Candidates
- Joining is compulsory. According to the notification coverage, a candidate who is allotted a seat in this phase and does not join by the prescribed date loses the allotment from the previous phase, the allotment in this phase and all options in that stream.
- Fresh options were required. Every candidate wanting to be considered in Phase 3, including those already holding a Phase 1 or Phase 2 allotment or admission, had to register options again.
- Unallotted category seats are converted in this phase under the prospectus conditions.
- MCC cross-checks apply. If MCC declares candidates allotted or admitted in its Round 3 ineligible for state Round 3 counselling and shares their list, their options will not be considered in this phase.
- Do not rely on social media for deadlines. Use only the official CEE Kerala website.

- Open the KEAM 2026 candidate portal and go to the allotment section.
- Under the Medical (MBBS/BDS) category, click Third Phase Allotment.
- Open the allotment PDF.
- Use the search function (Ctrl + F) to find your application number.
- Check your allotted college and course.
