Kalakshetra Foundation accepts only the date of birth written in the application form and recorded in the Matriculation / Secondary Examination Certificate. No later request to change it will be considered. No relaxation in the upper age limit is available for departmental candidates.

Where and How to Send
- Fill in the application in the prescribed proforma given in Annexure-I of the notification. Use a blue or black ball point pen.
- Paste one recent passport size photograph on the application form.
- Put one more passport size photograph in a cover. It will be fixed on the call letter.
- Sign the declaration and fill in the place and date.
- Attach self-attested copies of the testimonials (see Enclosures below).
- Write on the cover: "Application for the post of 'Librarian, BASS School'".
- Send it by post to: The Director, Kalakshetra Foundation, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai – 600 041. It must reach by 05.30 PM on 23 November 2026 (Monday).

Important Instructions
- Kalakshetra Foundation reserves the right to cancel, restrict or modify the recruitment process without giving a reason.
- No correspondence will be entertained about the conduct and result of the test, or about why a candidate was not called for the test.

- All improper applications will be summarily rejected.
- A candidate found using malpractices at any stage of the examination will have the candidature cancelled and will be debarred from the recruitments of KF.
- No travelling allowance is paid for attending the written test / skill test. If the process runs beyond one day, candidates must arrange their own travel and stay at Chennai.
