NABARD Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions
- Candidates serving in Govt./Quasi Govt. offices, Public Sector undertakings, and Nationalized Banks must submit a 'No Objection Certificate' from their employer at the time of interview.
- The engagement is on contract for a period of 02 years, extendable for a further period of 03 years (one year at a time, not beyond 05 years).
- The Specialists shall not be entitled to any superannuation benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, or Gratuity.
- Quarters may be allotted based on request and availability against payment of a licence fee of 0.5% of remuneration, or a fixed HRA of 10% of remuneration in case of non-allotment.
- The Bank reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify, or cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- No travel expenses will be paid if mandatory NOC is not produced during the interview by employed candidates.
- The contract can be terminated by either party by giving one month's notice in advance.
