Step by Step

- Collect the originals of all required documents and prepare copies, self-attested where the notice asks for it.
- Prepare one full set of documents for each category you applied under.
- Fill in and sign the prescribed undertakings, one set for each category. Student and parent/guardian signatures are required where the format asks for them.
- Arrive in person at the P.U. Regional Centre, Ludhiana, on 29 September 2026 between 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM.
- Present the original documents for verification and submit the copies and undertakings.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Physical presence of the candidate is mandatory on the day of counselling.
- Original documents are compulsory for verification on the day of counselling.
- Bring the original documents and copies of all documents, one set for each category.
- Submit the prescribed undertakings, duly filled and signed, one set for each category.
- Applicants under more than one reserved category must carry a separate, complete application form and document set for each category.
- Report between 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM at the P.U. Regional Centre, Ludhiana.
