- The test has four parts, and each part is 10 minutes long and carries 25 marks. The full test is 40 minutes and 100 marks. Candidates must score at least 9 marks out of 25 in each part to qualify.

English Efficiency Test (MS Excel 2013)
- This test is conducted in MS Excel 2013. It involves entering data, doing calculations and formatting cells as instructed. Make only the changes the question asks for, because extra changes can affect the marks for that question.
Mistakes That Can Cost Marks in the Typing Test
- Wrong letters or words: typing something different from the original paragraph.
- Skipped words: leaving out a word or number from the given text.
- Repeated words: repeating a letter, word, number or line without need.
- Punctuation errors: not following the punctuation of the original text.
- Wrong spacing: adding extra spaces or leaving them out.
- Capital and small letter errors: wrong case in English typing.
- Matra errors: placing Hindi matras incorrectly.
- Unnecessary additions: adding words or content that is not in the given text.
- Typed text is checked against the given paragraph, so accuracy matters as much as speed. Avoid these errors:

Rajasthan LDC Typing Test Admit Card 2026
- Visit rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Open the admit card or notice section once the link is active.
- Select the link for the Clerk Grade-II and Junior Assistant typing test.
- Enter the login details asked on the page.
- Download the admit card and take a printout.
- RSSB will release the e-admit card on its official website, and candidates must carry it to the test centre. The date of release is Not Yet Announced in the 22/10/2026 guidelines. Once it is out, check the name, roll number, test date, time and centre address, and contact the board if anything is wrong. Carry a valid photo ID along with the admit card.
Important Instructions for the Test Centre
- Take the practice test: after logging in, use it to check your keyboard, mouse and screen.
- Report technical problems: inform the invigilator at once if the computer or software has an issue.
- Do not open other software: use only the software provided for the test.
- Watch the time: the test ends when the time is over.
- No electronic devices: do not carry mobile phones, Bluetooth devices or other restricted items.
- Use the mouse as needed: follow the on-screen instructions.
- Do not tamper with the computer: unauthorised interference with the system can lead to action under the rules.
- Check your details: read the information and instructions on screen before you begin.
How to Prepare for the Rajasthan LDC Typing Test
- Practise Hindi typing daily in the DevLys 010 font on the Standard Keyboard.
