- Investigate issues related to login/OTP, registration, cab search and booking, fare calculation, driver allocation, ride tracking, payments, notifications and SOS features.
- Analyse application logs, API responses and database records.
- Use SQL to independently verify reported issues before escalation.
- Identify whether issues originate from the app, backend, APIs, database, payment systems, maps/GPS or third-party integrations.
- Coordinate with the technology partner for L2/L3 issue resolution.
- Monitor application performance and support production releases.
- Track recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
