S V N I T No. Estt./A R/ Date: 23.03.2026 NOTICE Sub: Criteria for shortlisting of candidates for Intervie w and selection process alongwith Syllabus for the post of Assistant Registrar against [ Advt No. Estt. /2025/Gr_A/1 439 dtd: September 30, 2025 ] 1. The Institute has issued advertisement for recruitment of 3 vacant non teaching posts of Assistant Registrar (0 1 UR, 01 OBC - NCL, 01 SC ) vide Advt No. Estt. /2025/Gr_A/1439 dtd: September 30, 2025 . 2. T h e reserved category candidat es will be considered without any relax ation for the unreserved post, and will be evaluated at par with unreserved category candidates. If reserved candidate is selected against the unreserved post, they will be treated as UR candidate only. 3. The reserved v acancies will be filled up amongst the eligible candidates of the respective categor y candidates only . 4. The selection process shall be consisting of two stages i.e. (i) written test & (ii) interview 5. Written examination shall be conducted at SVNIT, Surat on the specified date(s).
