- The candidate must have acquired a Degree in Law from a recognized University through either of the following regular routes:
- The candidate should have passed the Degree in law within 2 years immediately preceding the date of notification for selection of Research Assistants (Law).
Other Eligibility Conditions
- Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Computer Knowledge: The candidate should have computer knowledge including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes, such as Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc.
- Restriction on Other Pursuits: The candidate should not be pursuing any other course of study or pursuing any other profession or occupation, which may require them to be away from their place of work during the period of their engagement as Research Assistant (Law).

- The engagement is on a contract basis for a period of one year.
- Applications received after the last date will not be considered and the Registry is not responsible for the postal delay, if any.
- The High Court for the State of Telangana reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the Notification, at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- No right to permanent appointment accrues to the candidate by virtue of the Notification.
- Attestation of certificate copies must be done by a Gazetted Officer.
