- The notice is for one post: Teaching Associate (01 No.) in the Department of Agronomy, purely temporary and on a contractual basis, not exceeding a period of 11 months.
Essential Qualifications
- a) Ph.D. in the relevant subject or
- b) Master's Degree in relevant subject
- c) Bachelor's Degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average
- d) Experience for at least 3 years of respective teaching/ research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training/ other engagements.
- e) Published One research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/ NAAS rated ≥ 4.0 journals.
- f) Candidates having Post Graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have the NET qualification.

Important Instructions
- The engagement is purely temporary and contractual for a period not exceeding 11 months, and ends automatically after 11 months or on the filling of regular staff by the university, whichever is earlier.
- The incumbent shall have no claim to any regular appointment in the university or any government organisation.
- The incumbent shall have no claim to further continuation of contractual service.
- Concealing facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification at the time of selection, or termination even during the contractual engagement period.
- Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
- The engaged person may leave the contractual service by giving one month's notice; otherwise one month's salary is to be paid before leaving.
- No T.A & D.A will be given to candidates appearing for the interview.
- The Associate Dean of the college has a right to cancel or postpone the interview for the said date due to any unavoidable circumstances.
