- The engagement gives no claim to a regular post in ICMR, its institutes/centres or any Government of India department; Provident Fund, Pension Scheme, Leave Travel Concession, medical claim and staff quarters are not admissible.
- ICMR reserves the right to terminate the position even during the agreed or extended contract period without assigning any reason; leave will be as per ICMR's policy for project human resource positions.
- ICMR reserves the right to consider or reject any candidature and to cancel or modify the process at any time; the decision of the Competent Authority will be final and binding.
- Submitting wrong or false information will disqualify the candidature at any stage, and canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
