Who Can Apply

  • Candidates must meet the essential educational qualifications and age limits specified for the Junior Research Fellow position in the CSIR-funded project.

Essential Qualifications

  • MSc in any branch of life sciences OR B.S. (4 years programme) / Integrated BS-MS/ BPharm/ MBBS/ BE/BTech Biotechnology or equivalent degree in any branch of Life Sciences, with 55% marks. Candidates must also be NET or GATE qualified.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Candidates with experience in Microbiology lab work will be preferred.

Pay and Tenure

  • The selected candidate will receive consolidated emoluments of Rs. 37,000/- plus HRA per month. The appointment is purely on a contractual basis and is co-terminus with the CSIR-funded project, which terminates in September 2027.
