Pay and Terms of Engagement

How Will ANDUAT Select Candidates?
- Screening of applications on the Academic/Research (API) Score as per Table 2, Appendix-II of UGC Regulation 2018
- Interview (Phase-II) of 20 marks; final selection solely on interview performance
- A high level committee reviews the API Score submitted by the candidate before issuing interview call letters
- Research score as per Table 2, Appendix-II of UGC Regulation 2018, from at least three of six categories
- Final selection solely on performance in Phase-II interview of 20 marks, as per Governor Secretariat letter E-4229/GS dated 02 July 2021
- Selection may be by qualifying test/written test/presentation/interview or a combination
