Who Cannot Apply for DFCCIL Recruitment 2026
- Retired employees who earlier worked in DFCCIL and were terminated from service or not granted extension of re-employment
- Persons on current Agreed/Secret list or involved in current Vigilance/CBI cases, or against whom disciplinary or prosecution proceedings are in process
- Persons imposed a major penalty, two or more minor penalties, or administrative action three times or more, as specified in Para X

Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Selected candidates placed on panel and re-employed initially for one year
- Extension as per requirement/performance at the sole discretion of DFCCIL
- Termination on one month's notice by either side
- Re-employment will not confer any right for regularization in DFCCIL
- Two days leave for each completed month; leave cannot be carried forward to next calendar year
