Merit Determination Criteria
- Higher Secondary (12th) marks weightage: 50 percent
- Higher educational qualification weightage: 10 marks (Graduation: 05 marks, Post-Graduation: 05 marks)
- Computer skill test marks weightage: 25 percent
- Rozgar Sahayak work experience weightage: 15 marks (03 marks per year up to maximum 05 years, 01 month to minimum 09 months of service)
- For every 01 post, 10 candidates will be called for the computer skill test based on merit. In case of a tie in merit, the older candidate in age will be given priority.

- NOC from employer if employed in government or semi-government service
Gram Panchayat Sachiv Important Instructions
- Applications must be sent strictly via registered post or speed post; applications sent through any other medium will not be accepted.
- Applications received after 27 October 2026, 5:00 PM will be automatically rejected.
- Applicants must be permanent residents of Kondagaon district.
