- The tenure of fellowship will be initially for a period of 2 years and may be extended further and upgraded to SRF as per rules. Selected candidate(s) may be allowed to register for PhD with any recognized University/Institution during the tenure of fellowship.

- A copy of the filled bio-data form with a self-attested recent colour passport-size photograph
- One set of self-attested photocopies of all degrees, academic qualification certificates, and marks sheets
- All original certificates and testimonials
- Community certificate in original (if applicable, for SC/ST/OBC/PH)
- Medical certificate from a competent authority (for PH candidates)
- Project report in support of candidature (optional)
- Government-issued Photo-identity proof in original and a photocopy (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter Id, etc.)
- NOC from employer (if presently employed in Government departments/PSUs/Autonomous bodies)
DRDO JRF Important Instructions
- Late arriving candidates will not be allowed to participate in the walk-in interview process.
- No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview or at the time of joining if selected.
- Electronic items like mobile phones, pen drives, laptops, optical disks, and smart watches are strictly not allowed inside the CAIR Campus.
- No vehicle parking facility is provided for candidates, and public parking is not available near the venue; candidates are advised to utilize public transport.
- Offer of award of Fellowship does not confer any right for absorption in DRDO under any circumstances.
