- The applicant should strictly be a domicile resident of the respective Byrnihat GS Circle, Umling C&RD Block (covering areas including 17th Mile (Pahamlang), 18th Mile (Umdoh), 20th Mile (Paham Mawlein), Amjok, Byrnihat, Kongripara, Narang, Umling, Umling Lambrang, Umsarang, Naingbarilum, Niangbarithem, Pahamsohbar, Pahamtyrlaw, Sohkhwai, Shakhoikuna, Sohkpu, Umjong, Umdu, Umdap Rangi, Umdap Dumu, Umsohma, Umladoh, Umden-la-ang, 15th Mile (Nongthymmai), Amphangiri, Ampher, Borbhuin, Dehal Bagan, Harlibagan, Lum Nongthymmai Byrnihat, Lumnongrim, Byrnihat proper, Nongkylla Khasi, Nongkylla Mikir, Ronghona, Rangsakona, Tamulkhushi, Upper Bagan, and Upper Amjok).
- Must be a citizen of India.
