- The engagement is strictly on a contractual basis for a period of one year for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and 11 months for civilian candidates, subject to the performance of candidates and other conditions according to the criteria mentioned against each post. Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen (ESM), Veer Naris, and Widows of Service Personnel.

- PPO service records
- 2 passport size photographs
- Valid registration from Himachal Pradesh State Medical / Para Medical Council (for Med/Para Med staff)
- Original certificates and documents for verification during the interview

How to Apply for ECHS Solan Bilasapur OIC ECHS Polyclinic
- Fill out the application form in triplicate.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of testimonials in support of educational qualifications and work experiences, along with the discharge book, PPO service records, and 2 passport size photographs.
- Submit the application by hand to OIC Stn HQ's (ECHS Cell) Kasauli by 02 November 2026 at 4:00 PM.
- Attend the interview on 20 November 2026 at Stn HQ Kasauli at 9:00 AM, bringing all original certificates, mark sheets, degree/diploma, course work experience, and discharge book.
