Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Tenure 01 (One) year OR attainment of 70 years of age, whichever is earlier.
- Engagement may be terminated from either side with one-month prior notice without assigning reason.
- On spot resignation, one month's salary is to be deposited to ESIC Account through Challan.
- No claim for PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance/Benefits, Seniority, Promotion etc.
- Absence beyond 07 days without permission amounts to voluntary abandonment and automatic termination.
- Attendance to be marked manually and on AEBAS daily; monthly pay as per Biometric Attendance System data.
- Monthly pay is paid according to data in the Biometric Attendance System for attendance marked by the person.
