- Educational Qualification: Graduation degree in Sociology or Psychology with experience in social service. Preference is given to candidates with a Master's degree in Social Work and 2 years of experience in family matters (counseling).
- Residency Requirement: The applicant must be a resident of Pratapgarh district.
- Disqualification: Individuals who are a party in any case pending in any Family Court are ineligible to apply.
