- Conduct site visits and gap assessments across Government Hospitals, Medical Colleges and Institutes; prepare equipment inventories and room-wise requirements.
- Draft generic technical specifications and layouts; verify estimated costs using GeM, past orders and market rates.
- Support tender preparation, pre-bid replies, technical evaluation and comparative statements.
