- Lead planning and delivery of projects across the assigned region for central/state departments, medical colleges, AIIMS-type institutes and government hospitals.

- Build and maintain senior relationships with institute directors, medical superintendents, government departments and consultants.
- Drive business development, new project opportunities and process improvements; report performance and key risks to top management.
