Pay and Allowances
- The monthly remuneration is a consolidated Rs.40,000 plus Transportation Allowance Rs.4,000. There is no annual increment or percentage increase during the contract period, and no House Rent Allowance is admissible. Paid leave of 1.5 days for each completed month of service may be allowed; leave cannot be accumulated beyond a calendar year. For absence from duty, a proportionate deduction is made from the remuneration. No additional remuneration is paid for attending on Saturday, Sunday or other holidays in exigencies of work.

- Oversee all security arrangements for the IIIT Kota Campus and supervise the deployment of watch and ward staff.
- Handle security arrangements during their shift at the IIIT Kota Campus and supervise the deployment of watch and ward staff.
- Coordinate with administrative authorities to ensure proper arrangements for events on campus, and liaise with local police stations to address security requirements as needed.

Contract Terms
