The appointment is on a contractual basis with consolidated pay, renewable yearly or upto the duration of the project, whichever is earlier. In case of selection of a retired/superannuated government employee, his/her salary will be fixed as per prevailing IRD norms.
IIT Delhi Sr. Project Scientist Job Description
- The selected candidate will work on the research project titled "Study of the Long-term Trends and Co-variability in Wind, Solar and Precipitation Resources in different states of India and the Relationship between them" (RP04589N) funded by Renew Power, focusing on large climate data analysis, numerical weather forecasting, and wind, solar, and precipitation resource trends.
