- Caste certificate in the prescribed Government of India format (OBC-NCL issued within the last two years, EWS for the current financial year), if applicable
- Ex-Servicemen certificate, if applicable
- PwBD certificate indicating disability of 40% or more, if applicable

IIT Hyderabad Important Instructions
- Candidates are required to submit online applications only; offline applications will be summarily rejected.
- The cut-off date for reckoning upper age limit, qualification, and post-qualification experience is 30-10-2026.
- Part-time employment experience shall not be considered.
- Pay slips, office orders, or appointment orders shall not be considered as proof of experience.
- The appointment is purely temporary for 11 months, with possible extension subject to satisfactory performance and Institute requirements.
- Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with weekend/holiday work required when informed by authorities.
- Contractual employees are not eligible for campus residential accommodation except on a case-to-case basis on license fee payment.
- Selected candidates must possess and submit a valid health insurance policy for the engagement period obtained at their own expense.
- No Travelling Allowance (TA)/DA shall be paid for attending the selections.
