NationalInsurance Trusted Since 1906 04th May 2026 REF.NO.: HO_PERS/RECRT_ASSISTANT_2024 RECRUITMENT OF 500 ASSISTANTS (CLASS-I) 2024-25 List of Candidates Provisionally Shortlisted for Pre-Employment Medical Examination - Contingency List-lV This is in furtherance to our notice, dated 31st December 2025 wherein the list of candidates who were Contingency List - Ill had been published. The State-wise list of candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted for Pre-Employment Medical Examination under Contingency List -lV is attached herewith as Annexure I. The provisionally shortlisted candidates under Contingency List - Iv are advised to report at the office specified against their name in the list furnished below as per their convenience for the Medical Test between 25th May 2026 to 29th May 2026 during 11-00 am to 1-00 pm & 2-30 pm to 4-30 pm on any of the said days (excluding Public Holidays) with one Photo-ID (Driving license, PAN Card, Aadhar card, Voter ID, passport, etc.).
