Page 1 of 4 REF.NO.: HO_PERS/RECRT_ASSISTANT_2024 26 th September 2025 NOTICE RECRUITMENT OF 500 ASSISTANTS (CLASS-III) 2024-25 List of Candidates Provisionally Shortlisted for Pre-Employment Medical Examination - Contingency List II Further to our notice dated 25 th June 2025 wherein the list of candidates who were provisionally shortlisted for Pre-Employment Medical Examination for the post of Assistants (Class III) under Contingency List-I had been published, the State-wise list of candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted for Pre-Employment Medical Examination under Contingency List -II is attached herewith as Annexure I. The provisionally shortlisted candidates under Contingency List - II are advised to report at the specified office locations as per their convenience for the Medical Test between 13-10-2025 to 15-10-2025 during 11:00 am to 1:00 pm & 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm on any of the said days (excluding Public Holidays) with one Photo-ID (Driving licence, PAN Card, Aadhar card, Voter ID, passport, etc.).
