Application Fee
General and OBC (NCL) candidates are required to pay Rs. 1000/- as an application fee, whereas SC/ST candidates pay Rs. 500/- as processing fee. Internal candidates are exempted from the fee.
Age Limit
- Upper age limit as on 21.10.2026 shall not exceed 56 years including all possible age relaxations.
- The maximum upper age limit of the applicants shall not exceed 56 years as on 21.10.2026 including all possible age relaxations.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Selected candidates will be placed in the E09 grade pay scale of Rs. 150000 - Rs. 300000/-.
Who Can Apply – Executive Director (M & R Complex) / E09
- Qualification: Engineering graduate in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical with a good academic record from a recognised university or institution. Candidates holding an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management will have an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 24 years of post-qualification experience as an Executive in PSUs or reputed/leading organisations. Must have at least 5 years of experience during the last ten years at a Senior Management level in Technical, Operations, or Maintenance in an Alumina Refinery. Must have wide exposure to Alumina Refinery operations, Aluminium Smelter operations, Captive Power Plant, Production Planning, process optimization, technology upgradation, and expansion projects.
Executive Director (Project) / E09
- Qualification: Engineering graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil with a good academic record from a recognised university or institution. Candidates holding an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management will have an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 24 years of post-qualification experience as an Executive in PSUs or reputed/leading organisations. Must have at least 10 years of experience during the last 20 years in Project management (Planning, execution, formulation, engineering, commercial) of large industrial projects. Must have wide exposure and proven experience in planning, execution, and commissioning of large industrial, metallurgical, or power projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield projects, EPC/EPCM contract management, procurement, vendor management, construction management, commissioning activities, statutory clearances, regulatory compliances, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
Pay and Terms
- Selected candidates for E09 grade will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 150000 - 300000/-. In addition to Basic Pay and DA in the Industrial DA pattern, benefits include Perks (35% of basic pay), Performance Related Pay based on company and individual performance, company accommodation or HRA, medical facilities for self and family, post-retirement medical benefit, leave encashment, pension as per NPS, contributory provident fund, and gratuity as per company rules.

- Candidates should be in employment at the time of applying for the post.
- A candidate can apply for one post only. Applying for more than one post attracts cancellation of candidature.
- Internal candidates who fulfill requirements will be considered along with other candidates, and age limit and application fees are not applicable to internal candidates.
- Experience of candidates working on contract basis through an empanelled agency or contractor will not be considered; only direct work experience including fixed-term employment is accepted.
