THE HIGH COURT OF MEGHALAYA SHILLONG NOTIFICATION Dated, Shillong 29th October,2026 No. HCM I1/400/2013/Estt/215: in terms of the resolution adopted in the Full Court Meeting held on 08.10.2026 and in continuation of Notification No. HCM.I1/400/2013- Estt/143, dated 24.10.2019, the High Court of Meghalaya is pleased to allocate incentive marks/points for the following category of work undertaken by the Judicial Officer during the assessment year:- SI. I Incentives for the work I Additional marks to be awarded by the Reporting No. done in the category Authority to the assessed Judicial Officer 1 Legal Service Activities performed by Judicial Officers other than those posted in the Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority (MSLSA) or as Full time Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) . 5-10 marks 2 Administrative Work/ Role 5-10 marks (Based on the load of administrative work) 3 Mediation referral & successful outcome % mark for each referral and 2 marks for successful outcome.
