- Besides Basic Pay, selected candidates receive allowances and benefits including Dearness Allowance, Conveyance Expenses, House Rent Allowance/accommodation, Medical Facilities for self and dependent family members, Gratuity, CMPF, CMPS, and others as per company rules. Selected candidates will be on probation for a minimum period of one year before absorption in respective grades. Postings will be across OCPL establishments anywhere in Odisha.
Important Instructions

- Basic qualifications must be acquired through regular full-time courses from recognized institutions (distance learning, part-time, or correspondence courses are not accepted, except AMIE where applicable).
