RITES Engineer UT Testing Eligibility Criteria – RITES Engineer UT Testing Qualification

- Candidates belonging to UR/EWS category (and candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD applying against unreserved posts) should have first class degree/ minimum 60% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against unreserved posts. Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD as applicable) should have at least 50% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against reserved posts.
Experience
- For Diploma holders: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience. For Degree holders: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates possessing NDT experience. The period of training (except on the job training) / internship / teaching / academic / fellowship / PhD research experience shall not be counted as a part of experience.

- The approximate emoluments at the minimum of the pay-scale vary by city class: X Class Cities (Basic: ₹28,444, Gross: ₹47,501), Y Class Cities (Basic: ₹26,208, Gross: ₹41,147), and Z Class Cities (Basic: ₹23,868, Gross: ₹37,473). The basic remuneration shall be revised in accordance with the rates of Minimum wages notified by the Central Government from time to time.
Interview
- The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be: Interview - 100% (Technical & Professional proficiency - 65%; Personality, Communication & Competency – 35%). A minimum of 60% marks for UR/EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD against reserved posts) in interview will be required to be considered for placement on panel. There will be no minimum qualifying marks required in the aggregate.

- Certificates of Academic & Professional qualifications along with mark sheets of all semesters/years (Xth, XIIth, Diploma/Graduation/Post-Graduation)
- Percentage Conversion Document as issued by the University / Institute (wherever applicable)
- EWS/ SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD Certificate in the prescribed format by Govt. of India (wherever applicable)
- Proof of Identity & Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card etc)
- PAN Card
- Proof of each period of experience claimed in the Application Form (offer letter, joining order, relieving order, service certificate, relevant pay slips in a single PDF)
- PwBD Certificate as per latest format (if applicable)
RITES Engineer UT Testing Important Instructions
- The appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance.
- Hard copies of documents are not to be sent through post or courier.
- Candidates should submit only one application for one vacancy, and applications once submitted cannot be altered.
- Selected candidates shall be liable for posting anywhere in India as per company requirements.
- Candidates working in Government Departments/PSU/Departmental candidates of RITES shall be allowed to join only after being properly relieved from their parent organization.
- No fares, TA, or DA shall be payable for attending the selection process.
- Legal jurisdiction will be Delhi in case of any dispute.
- Candidates must bring two duly filled copies of Annexure A along with supporting documents in chronological order during document verification.
