The fee ranges from NIL (for PwBD candidates of Haryana with at least 40% disability) to Rs. 1,500 for male General category candidates and candidates from other states. Female General category candidates of Haryana pay Rs. 750, and OSC/DSC/BC-A/BC-B (Non-Creamy Layer)/ESM/EWS category candidates of Haryana pay Rs. 375.
Age Limit
- As per the Service Rules, no candidate who has not attained the age of 18 years shall be appointed to any post in the University, and the candidate should not be more than 42 years of age as on the last date of application. Relaxation in the maximum age for various categories will be given as per Haryana Government instructions No. 22/06/2021-1GS-III dated 25.03.2022, issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Haryana, as amended from time to time.

Assistant Registrar (Advt. No. NT-04/2026)
- A Master's degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade B in the UGC seven-point scale.
- Five years of administrative experience as a Superintendent from a Govt. Institute/University recognized by the UGC, or a Medical College recognized by the MCI.
- Computer knowledge with a minimum three-month course from a recognized institution.
- Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects, or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subjects.
SDE (Civil) (Advt. No. NT-05/2026)
- B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or B.Sc./Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any recognized University approved by the UGC and AICTE.
- Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects, or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subjects.

- Candidates must ensure their eligibility for the post(s) applied for before applying. Merely being issued an e-Admit Card does not imply that candidature has been finally cleared by the University.
- No other mode of submission of application, apart from online, is permissible.
- Applicants are advised to submit a single application against a post. If a candidate submits multiple applications due to any unavoidable situation, the previous applications will be considered rejected, and only the last successfully submitted application will be considered.
- Incomplete or defective application forms shall be summarily rejected, and no representation or correspondence regarding such rejection shall be entertained.
- After final submission of the application form, no change will be allowed and no request for change of any particulars will be entertained by the University.
