Eligibility Criteria
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- With four years of service rendered after appointment to the post on regular basis in level-13 in the pay matrix (Rs. 123100-215900) or equivalent, in the parent cadre or department; or
- With seventeen years of regular service in Group 'A' and have held a post in level-12 in the pay matrix (Rs. 78800-209200) or equivalent on regular basis for a period of not less than seven years.
- Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union territory Administrations or autonomous bodies or statutory organisations or public sector undertakings or recognised universities or recognised research institutions must meet the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institute, and fifteen years of experience in the field of telecommunications, industry, finance, accountancy, law, management, or consumer affairs. Note: Preference shall be given to candidates holding senior management positions.
