- The mode of appointment is deputation from Central/State/UT Government Departments, Statutory/Autonomous/Constitutional/Cooperative/Local Government bodies and Public Sector Undertakings, Corporations etc.

- Experience in development of electricity tariff, commercial issues and power purchase agreements.
