1 WALK - IN INTERVIEW ON 25.10.2023 & 31.10.2023 The Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) is an autonomous research organization fully funded by Ministry of Earth Sciences, New Delhi. It is a premier Institute of N ational and I nternational repute, devoted to research in various aspects of A tmosphe ric sciences. The Institute has excellent infrastructural facilities such as high - performance computer, observational laboratories, modern library, engineering workshop, etc. It has a strong link with various Universities and National and I nternational org anizations. IITM, Pune , a Resource Partner to ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION, AWARENESS, CAPACITY BUILDING AND LIVELIHOOD PROGRAMME ( EIACP earliest while ENVIS) , a plan programme of Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change on the subject area “Atmospheric Pollution & Climate Change ” , was established in 200 2 - 03 .
