Rajasthan SSO ID: how to register, log in and apply
The SSO ID is one login for many Rajasthan government services, including recruitment forms, scholarships and certificates. Most recruitment boards of the state ask for it before you can apply, so creating it early saves time on the last day.
What the SSO ID is used for
- Applying to state recruitment exams that use the state's recruitment portal
- Scholarship and student services
- Downloading some certificates and using citizen service portals of the state
Step by step: create an SSO ID
- Open the official SSO site and choose the citizen registration option.
- Enter your name, date of birth, Jan Aadhaar or Aadhaar details and mobile number as the form asks.
- Verify with the OTP sent to your mobile number.
- Choose a user ID and a strong password, and note them in a safe place.
- Log in and complete your profile. Keep it the same as your certificates, because recruitment forms read from it.
Forgot password or ID
- Use the forgot password option and verify with your registered mobile number.
- If the OTP does not come, check that the number is the one you registered and that your mobile signal is fine, then try again after a few minutes.
- If the mobile number is old, look for the option to update details through the official help section.
Common problems
- Name mismatch with the application form: fix the profile first, then start the form.
- Site slow near the last date: apply earlier in the day, and avoid the final hours.
- Using a mobile number that someone else registered: use your own, as OTPs for the exam form go to it.
