- OR B.Tech. in Engineering with materials related specialization such as Materials Science/Metallurgy/Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/Ceramic Engineering/Surface Engineering or equivalent, with minimum of 70% aggregate marks or 7.5 CGPA in UG (wherever applicable).
