04 – Essential Qualification
- Post Graduate from recognized University in respective subject with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) recognized institution; or
- Post Graduate with at least 50% marks from recognized University in respective subject and B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed. from any National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) recognized institution.
- A candidate must meet one of the two qualification routes printed in the notice:
- Medium condition: for medium-specific teachers, the medium of study in SSC should be the same as the medium in which the candidate is applying. The notice adds that this is not applicable for language subjects such as Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi and English. All four posts in this notice are English medium.
