Essential Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognised University / Institution.
Desirable Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management from a recognised University / Institution.
- Five years post qualification experience in Materials Management in an Industrial / Commercial / Govt. Undertaking.
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years for Direct Recruitment (Absorption / Deputation applies to officers holding analogous posts or feeder posts with regular service as specified in the recruitment rules).
Enclosures
- Copies of APARs for the last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25), attested by an officer not below the rank of Dy. HOD on each page.
- Self-certified photocopies of all certificates and proof of educational qualification, present and past work experience.
- No objection certificate issued by the competent authority from the respective Port (Annexure-IV).
- Undertaking of the applicant that candidature will not be withdrawn if selected.
- Vigilance and administrative clearance from the concerned Port (Annexure-V).
- Two passport size colour photographs.
- Complete service details of the applicant with posts held till date, certified by an Officer not below the rank of Dy. HOD.
