Application Fee
- Fee₹ 200 per question.
Payment mode: demand draft in favour of the Accounts Officer, J&K Services Selection Board.
The fee is refundable if the representation or objection is found to be genuine or correct.
What It Contains
- The provisional answer key is given in Annexure A of the notice. It lists the answers for the Text Booklet, question by question, for all four question paper series (A, B, C and D). The key runs from Question 1 to Question 120. Because the same question carries a different option position in each series, candidates must first identify the series printed on their own question booklet and check answers only in that series column.
JKSSB Answer Key Objection Process 2026
- Candidates who disagree with any answer in the provisional key can submit an objection. The notice sets out a strict offline process. Read each point carefully before you visit the office.
Mode and Place of Submission
- Objections can be submitted in offline mode only, as hard copies.
- Submission is at the office of JKSSB, Muthi, Akhnoor Road, Jammu, or at JKSSB, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar.
- The board will not entertain objections after the stipulated period or through any other mode.
Timing
- Objections are accepted for three working days starting from 22.10.2026.
- Timing on each day is 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.
Form and Proof
- Use the prescribed proforma, Annexure B, attached to the notice.
- Attach documentary proof or evidence that supports your claim, in hard copy.
- Use a separate form for each question. If more than one question is entered on a form, only the first question will be considered.

Important Instructions for JKSSB AGC Barber Answer Key Objections
- The key is provisional. It can change if an objection is found correct.
- If an objection is found correct, the answer key will be revised for all candidates.
- No candidate will be informed individually about the acceptance or non-acceptance of an objection.
- Submit objections only in hard copy, with documentary proof, at the offices named above.
- Do not submit objections after the stipulated period or in any other mode. They will not be entertained.

What Happens After the JKSSB AGC Barber Answer Key?
- After the objection window closes, the board will examine the objections received. If any objection is found correct, the answer key will be revised for all candidates.
